The manufacturing and operations address is not automatically a customer-return address. Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team before sending any product back.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Khaal & Craft offers leather garments, suede garments, leather goods, accessories, made-to-order products, made-to-measure products, and related products.

However, the appearance of colors and textures may vary depending on:

5. Made-to-Order Products

Some products are produced after an order is placed.

Made-to-order production time is separate from shipping time.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

unexpected manufacturing issues

6. Made-to-Measure and Custom Orders

For made-to-measure or custom-size products, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.

Customers should follow the measurement instructions provided by Khaal & Craft.

If a garment is correctly produced according to the measurements supplied by the customer, an incorrect measurement provided by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect.

We may contact you if measurements appear incomplete, inconsistent, or unusual.

We may delay production until necessary information is confirmed.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-measure products may have different return rights from standard products. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.

7. Orders

Placing an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

suspected fraud
payment failure
incorrect pricing
product unavailability

For size, color, or style changes, the normal process is:

16. Custom and Personalized Products

Made-to-measure, personalized, custom-size, and specially modified products are generally final sale for change-of-mind purposes where permitted by law.

17. Store Credit

Store credit issued by Khaal & Craft:

I recommend not adding mandatory arbitration to your store terms at this stage. Because you sell internationally, keeping the dispute section simple avoids adding a complicated arbitration clause that may operate differently across your markets.
